FoxO6 attenuates neuroinflammation by the regulation of anti-inflammatory factors

Abstract Forkhead transcription factor (FoxO) plays key roles in the induction of various downstream genes involved inhibition cellular metabolism, cell death, cycle, and oxidative stress responses. FoxO6 is expressed liver, skeletal muscle, hippocampus brain. also has been proposed to play a role promotion insulin resistance, inflammation. In this study, we tried determine neuroinflammation inhibitory response signaling mechanism for FoxO6. order confirm function neuroinflammation, knock out line mice were prepared their functions confirmed. We have confirmed that suppressed mice. These findings may suggest novel regulation neuroinflammation. Supported by grants from NRF (NRF-2020R1A2C1012984)
